Christian Women’s Retreat

The 2018 Christian Women’s Retreat will be the ninth sponsored by Women in Christ. These retreats are designed to give women a time and place to be able to follow God’s instruction to
set your minds on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2) by giving us the opportunity to set aside for a brief weekend our normal routines. We can focus on our relationship with God through fellowship with one another, biblical messages, thoughtful interactive discussions, joyful activities, and worship through music and prayer. Our Quiet Time gives us an opportunity to quiet our minds and hearts to focus completely on seeking God individually. Our interactive discussions give us an opportunity to share our life lessons and challenges with one another for mutual encouragement. We hope each one who participates will return home equipped and inspired to share the love of God within her family and community.

CHECK IN STARTS AT 3:30 P.M. FRIDAY, MARCH 9TH WITH DINNER AT 6 P.M. THE RETREAT WILL END AFTER LUNCH ON MARCH 11TH.
We will be using the retreat center’s hotel style lodging at the Nunemaker. Each room has three single beds and a private bathroom and shower. For overflow, we have reserved additional rooms in Cray Lodge. Each room has two double beds and a private bathroom and shower. Linens and towels are provided. Two of the rooms are fully ADA accessible, so be sure to note on the registration form if that is needed.
We plan to put two people to a room, but you are welcome, if you would like, to have more than two. Roll away beds are also available in the rooms with the two double beds. We do have access to a small kitchenette in the meeting room. Any medication or special foods may be stored there. If you do have any dietary needs or any other needs, please note them on the registration form.
Complimentary wifi is available in all bedrooms for guest use. If you are a nursing mother who wishes to attend, please see our Nursing Mothers Guidelines.

Opening Night Schedule
- Registration is from 4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in the main lobby of Heartland Center. We will gather in the Cray Lodge Meeting room at 5:45 p.m. for the blessing on the meal before heading over to Grace Hall to eat.
- Dinner is at 6:00 p.m.
- Opening session is at 7:15 p.m.
