Dear Friend,
The Spring Holy Days are nearing. Passover and the Days of Unleavened Bread are wonderful times for us to examine ourselves and praise God. They are truly a time to rejoice! God is delivering us from our sins as he delivered Israel of Old from captivity.
Our Spring Holy Day Schedule
Passover: Will be observed at 7:45 p.m. on April 21st. Please be here by 7:30 p.m. so the service can start at 7:45. Each person should bring his own towel and basin for the foot washing service.
The Night to be Much Remembered: Will be celebrated the evening of April 22nd. Our doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for those who would like to help set up. CEM is providing beef brisket, smoked turkey, baked potatoes, and salad for dinner at 7:45. Your favorite salad fixings, unleavened bread and unleavened desserts or drinks to share are welcome. Call Linda at 1-888-242-5344 to reserve space for you and your family.
The First Day of Unleavened Bread: Will also be celebrated on the Sabbath, April 23rd, at 2 p.m. Mr. Richard Crow is scheduled to speak.
The Last Day of Unleavened Bread: A worship service and celebration will be held Friday, April 29th, at 2 p.m. Mr. Daniel Botha is scheduled to speak. A potluck meal will follow the worship service. Your favorite dish would be appreciated.
Rejoice with us this Passover season and any Sabbath. We meet in the Christian Educational Ministries office building at 312 W. Main Street, Whitehouse, Texas. Sabbath services start at 2 p.m. If you can’t join us in person, please tune in online through LiveStream. This will be a great day of celebrating with a sermon, delicious snacks, Bible discussion, and fellowship. Please come. We look forward to getting better acquainted and becoming better friends.
Have a blessed and joyful Spring Feast!
