This entry is part 3 of 24 in the series Making Life Work

Does your life work? I mean, do you really have it all together? Do you have everything lined out in a nice, neat schedule that works for you every day? Are you working at the job you want, with money saved up for college for your kids, with life clicking right along?

Or is your life like your garage? You can keep it all together for a little while, a couple of days, but pretty soon, entropy begins to set in. It is almost as though someone creeps into your garage at night, every night, and moves just a few things—not everything, just a few things—as the whole thing moves gradually into a state of chaos.

Now, life is a bit like that, but everyone knows it is not really the devil that creeps into your life every night and moves a few things around gradually, until finally everything is out of control, right? You can mess up your life very well on your own without any help from anybody. But when the time comes to clean up your spiritual garage—to tackle certain things in your life—where do we look for guidance? Is there an instruction book for this?
