Often in Bible study, we must spend the time to “unpack” a particular scripture or a section of scripture that is full of deep meaning and important instructions for Christians. The term “unpacking” is often used when you are dealing with scripture passage(s) that can be complicated or complex and contain more information than might be understood at first blush. In the middle of Isaiah is found a piece of poetry, because Isaiah is composed primarily of poetry, dealing with the profound understanding that the law of God is not in any way abolished, but is very much a part of our lives. Please join with Ronald Dart as he “unpacks” the scriptural passage found in Isaiah 8:13-20, dealing with “The Law and The Testimony” and all the ramifications that has in our lives today as Christian disciples or learners of Christ.
