From CEM's inception, it has said that it will cooperate with all and compete with none. It is our desire that by sharing the facility, costs, and work involved, that all of us can enjoy more fully fellowshiping and seeing brethren we may not have seen for some time. But even more than that, all of us can have the most blessed and memorable Feast ever. You’re familiar with these sayings: "The more the merrier," and "Many hands make light work." Everyone stands to benefit from cooperating in this effort.
CEM invites you to the following activities:
- Pie and Ice Cream Social
- Senior Citizen’s Family and Teen Dances
- Golf Scramble
- Praise and Worship Evening
- Fun Show
- Family picnic with a piñata, tug of war, sack race, horse shoes, food and other games
- Beach party
- The Old Jerusalem exhibit. Sample the flavors and sounds, learn about the old city where Jesus kept the Feast. Enjoy the costumes, visuals, the market place, and a YEA lesson taught to a real class in the Learning Center. Watch demonstrations as purple is made. See the old city’s gates, the fountain of Living Waters, and a model of the Tabernacle.
CEM is reaching out to Festival Chairmen to coordinate scheduling, organizing, and funding. If you can help, please call Paula Hughes at 1-888-BIBLE-44 to put your name on the list and to let us know how many in your group will be coming.
CEM also invites your children to attend five state of the art YEA Feast classes/seminars and Christian Living seminars for adults, conveniently scheduled at the same time as YEA classes. Why should teachers go to all the trouble to prepare lessons, make and purchase visuals and supplies, when they can go only a sort distance and be with a room full of kids and a class fully prepared. Children enjoy large groups, and so do we. By joining the YEA Feast classes, kids can enjoy a happening that is conducive to learning. Volunteer teaching assistants are welcome.
