As a suggestion, once you have registered and accessed the main forum page, add that page to your favorites, your link bar, or your bookmarks. You can bypass this page. Also, to properly view the forums, you will need to have cookies enabled on your machine.
If you are new to us, you must join the community. Even though the registration form allows an alias, you must register using your real name, first and last. Otherwise your registration will be invalid. You can use spaces and capitals, just like in the real world. This has been our practice since the beginning of this community, and I think it accounts for the high degree of civility here.
